I'm really enjoying two audiobooks on this topic right now- NonFict- Splendid&Vile also Fiction-Last Bookshop in London. Both authors are great storytellers
I have the same feelings about The Splendid and the Vile! Erik Larson is an amazing storyteller, so when I was given the opportunity to read and review the book before it was published I jumped on it!! In fact I may have squealed!! I just added No Ordinary Time to my list! I am such a history nerd! I am currently reading Damn Lucky by Kevin Maurer. It comes out on April 19th, I believe. It is about a fighter pilot in WWII. It has been a really good read so far, not Erik Larson good, but 3.5-4⭐ worthy.
